YOUR NEW COMPANYThis prestigious insurance company based in Malaysia is famous for its aspirational and exceptional life insurance coverage. Due to market growth, the company requires a Regional Agency Development Manager to be based in Penang, to oversee the entire Northern region, in terms of managing field agents for Business Development and Recruitment Growth.
YOUR NEW ROLEYou will be counted on to lead a well-established team in the Northern region, in order to develop the Agency Business for Sales and Recruitment Growth.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEEDMinimum 7 to 10 years of working experience from Insurance background under Agency Business
Experienced in managing the Life Insurance agency force is a must.
High proficiency in writing and speaking in English, Mandarin and BM
Experience at leading a small team will be an added advantage.
