Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:Strategic tasks for the regionCoordinate/manage/guide in-country fleet internal & external resources (1-4people)Key point of contact for the organization regarding fleet/mobility supportProviding fleet/mobility guidance in accordance with the regulationsActively researching mobility needs within the organizationOperational tasks2nd escalation points for internal complaints and requestsPreferred Supplier management & coordinationKPI management within the Service level agreementsOversight of Fleet/Mobility cost and contract management (e.g.
financial reconciliation)Oversight on the management of invoices and PO for all fleet related suppliersCoordinator of partnering other corporate functions (e.g., Global Leases, Risk Management, Account Payables)Formulating improvement processes - Process monitoring; identifying, recording, advising, and following up bottlenecks and opportunitiesManagement advisor regarding supplier strategy and innovations in the fleet/mobility offerOwn and participate in all fleet/mobility projects (e.g., need for electrification of fleet in APAC)About UsHuggies®.
