Regional Associate, Cross Border (Operational Excellence)The Cross Border OPEX team's objective is to drive operational competitiveness and performance across all solutions/products offered while achieving overall Company goals and customer stickiness.
As a member of the team, the incumbent would be looking at the continuous improvement of Cross Border, daily operational activities, monitoring of performances across S.E.A as well as East Asia shipments, and overall governance of operational processes and best practices.
This would also include working with relevant stakeholders across the supply chain, coupled with strong fundamental knowledge to spearhead focused initiatives to bring exponential growth and improvements.
Responsibilities
Monitors overall operational performances of assigned Ninja Cross Border countries (Last mile, returned fulfilment and middle mile custom clearance)
Execution of assigned OPEX initiatives and drive key deliverables under specified timelines
Responsible for daily/weekly reporting metrics
Process flow and state machines mapping
Draft clear working instructions, process flows, and SOPs according to OPEX guidelines and benchmarks
Work with OPEX team members to derive possible solutions and initiatives to drive better operational performances
Identify and execute key initiatives accordingly
Responsible for collating and presenting weekly/monthly performances on SLA adherence/Compliance/Billing accuracy to stakeholders
Provide updates on initiatives and projects managed
Establish visibility on key deliverables and KPIs
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics (preferred) or any field
Bilingual in both English and Mandarin
Relevant exposure in logistical practices in S.E.A will be an added advantage
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
Ability to analyze data and provide insights
Able to multitask and work according to deadlines
Possess strong process mindset and the ability see through ambiguities
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite
