Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Assist in the annual budgeting process for all regional operations.
- Track and analyze budget variances against actual performance, providing insightful reports
to senior management.
- Develop and maintain financial and cash flow models to support decision-making,
forecasting, and strategy.
2. Accounts Payable and Payroll Management:
- Oversee the payable function, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and
service providers.
- Manage the payroll function across the region, ensuring accurate and timely processing of
salaries and employee benefits, in compliance with local regulations.
3. HR Operations Support:
- Assist in the pre-hiring process, including job posting, screening, and coordinating
interviews.
- Facilitate post-hiring activities, including contract preparation, employee documentation, and
background checks.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes to ensure new employees are well-integrated
into the company.
- Provide general HR support in areas such as employee relations, benefits administration,
and leave management.
4. Governance and Compliance:
- Ensure all legal entities under the holding company comply with local governance,
regulatory, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations across jurisdictions,
ensuring the company's adherence to all legal obligations.
- Liaise with auditors, government bodies, and legal advisors as needed.
5. General HR and Finance Support:
- Provide day-to-day support for both finance and HR operations, addressing any issues or
queries from regional offices.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth integration between financial and
HR processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR and finance policies and procedures,
ensuring consistency across the region.
