Responsibilities:Establish the current and long-term financial work plans for the region and participate in the strategic planning of regional companies.
Construct financial analysis and value integration schemes for regional companies, with a precise focus on analyzing "enterprise-level" impact factors.
Maintain full communication with the Top Management and assist in promoting key and challenging tasks, risk management, and value-driven initiatives for regional companies.
Coordinate and integrate regional resources, including production, supply, marketing, assets, government relations, taxation, and banking, to enhance resource allocation efficiency.
Continuously promote improvements in corporate culture, corporate governance, and communication/collaboration within regional companies, thereby strengthening the soft skills that determine corporate competitiveness.
Facilitate information sharing within regional companies and coordinate financial-related resources.
Develop the capabilities of the regional financial team, balance the financial proficiency of companies in the region, and attract and nurture key personnel, including core executives, financial directors, and financial managers, to meet the Group's needs.
Be accountable for the financial control standards and the effectiveness of value integration within regional companies.
Report work progress and results to the Group's Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Group Financial Manager.
Complete additional tasks as assigned by higher-level management.
Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree or higher in financial management, accounting, or a related field.
More than 8 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in specific financial knowledge areas or the basic operations and principles of financial securities; familiar with financial-related legal knowledge.
Understand logistics management, supply chain principles, and related knowledge.
Capable of planning for two or more functional modules within the finance department, conducting comprehensive and objective analysis of financial operations, and formulating detailed solutions and work decisions.
Holder of senior-level certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), CMA (Certified Management Accountant), or CIA (Certified Internal Auditor).
