Regional Finance Manager

ResponsibilitiesOversee month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial information to stakeholders.
Maintain strong control environment across the regions.
Prioritize maintenance of healthy balance sheet position.
Provide financial information for direct and indirect tax compliance.
Facilitate accurate transfer pricing information for new policies and annual revisions.
Collaborate with external partners for timely statutory reporting submissions.
Offer financial expertise and analysis for better business decisions.
Uphold corporate governance standards and ensure effective financial reporting controls.
Identify opportunities for processes standardization and simplification across the regions.
Job RequirementsDegree in Accountancy / Finance or Professional Accounting Qualification.
Confident, analytical, proactive, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Strong leadership, team management, communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong track record in leading finance operations across multiple regions is highly desirable.
Knowledge in using MS Office is a prerequisite and exposure to SAP / ERP would be an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
