Regional Finance Senior Manager

The Regional Senior Manager, Finance is a leader in the Regional Controlling team, which leads the end-to-end financial reporting and operations process across the region to meet internal and external reporting requirements, in compliance with Group policies and local legislative requirements, and ensuring that adequate controls and efficient transaction systems & processes are in place to do this. You will work closely with the leaders of the Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia Country Finance teams.
Your Day-to-Day  To resolve daily operational issues.To improve the quality and timeliness of financial reporting ie. Month end closing, year end audit.Continuously to look for area of improvement in terms of productivity, process, system and financial risks.To address and rectify significant and material financial internal control gaps identified by internal and external auditor.Analyze financial performance in order to provide insight & feedback to the business for decision making.Foster good relationship with all stakeholders and to align on the financial output of various operational performance, data accuracy and process/system improvement. (Operation team, Product & tech team, Data team, FP&A, C2B finance team, Regional C2B Finance team, Internal Audit).Your Know-How Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification in ACCA, MICPA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent preferred.Strong knowledge in technical finance and accounting, statutory law and financial regulations background.ERP System (Oracle Netsuite), IFRS, Microsoft (Excel, Word, etc), Tableau, Inhouse CMS,Experience in project management methodologies, project lifecycles and reporting tools, from conception to delivery. Full knowledge on finance function to reduce business and financial risk. Improve on business process efficiency.
