DescriptionFinancial Management
Oversee timely and accurate monthly and quarterly reporting at both Regional and Sub-location levels, ensuring compliance with statutory and management requirements.
Conduct detailed periodic balance sheet reviews for all legal entities within the Region to proactively address exposures and ensure all reconciliations are completed and resolved.
Manage Foreign Exchange exposures across the Region, addressing Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss impacts.
Lead and coordinate periodic audits for all entities within the Region, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Serve as a technical accounting expert, supporting Regional finance teams and liaising with the Group Finance team on complex accounting matters.
Continuously improve revenue and cost recognition processes and effectively communicate changes across relevant departments.
Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews, and assist in Forecast and Budget preparations.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses and projects, including due diligence, business planning for acquisitions, new entity setups, and direct support to sub-locations. Provide solutions to countries on balance sheet, cost, and compliance-related issues.
Review and validate tender costings for countries within the Region.Projects
Support the formalization of Regional Policies and Procedures.
Assist and actively participate in Global Finance Transformation, Digitalization projects, and Restructuring initiatives.
Act as a change agent to drive transformation and digitalization efforts within the Region.Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S)
Contribute to creating and maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.
Complete all mandatory OH&S training as required.
Follow reasonable instructions, policies, procedures, and safe work practices provided by the company to ensure compliance.

Min Degree in Accounting and Finance
Chartered Accountants are preferred (ACCA/CPA/CIMA etc)
Action-oriented, good attention to details, good problem solver
Strong communicator with good stakeholder management
Calm, sharp with high analytical skills and good business acumen
Display a "can-do" attitude, results-driven and get things done
Someone who has a good understanding of and works well in a matrix organization
