Details of the offer

Main accountabilities and tasks Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the ROA region to meet and exceed revenue targets.
To develop growth plans for the region and implement and execute these growth plans. Put sufficient processes in place to measure the success of the growth plans.
Drive growth on the full Sulzer services portfolio and support all cross selling initiatives .
To have joint ownership of the development and implementation for a growth plan.
To co-ordinate and check the activities including visit plans of the Regional Sales Managers and ensure we develop a culture of aggressive goal achievement.
To ensure all Regional Sales Managers provide prompt and accurate feedback on outstanding quotes to support effective forecasting and update all required data.
To produce and own the RFC for Order Intake and Order Intake GP.
To ensure succession is built into our organization and that recruiting from outside is the exception rather than the norm.
To ensure our main parts customers are visited on a regular basis and their needs are efficiently looked after.
To support all Regional Sales Managers if any issues occur (customer, agents, internal process etc.).
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
To work closely with the internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement and jointly develop plans to deliver on these opportunities.
Drive and support the global and regional initiatives.
To support the operations function in resolving problems with contracts and managing the relationship with the end user to ensure it is maintained.
Desired experience and qualifications Work experience : >12 years
Expertise (e.g. professional, technical): Sales experience in water&industrial business, Experience of implementing sales strategy.
Education: Level: Bachelor Subject: Mechanical engineering Certifications: Languages: English (fluent), additional languages are an advantage; Candidate is conversant in Chinese mandarin Soft skills: Word?Excel?Powerpoint
Other: Financial/budget management, Management experience
Salary : RM42, 500 and attractive benefits
