Job Purpose • To Support and Drive the Development of all temperature controlled business and Flexitanks in Asia Pacific
• Implement strategies to grow the business in line or above Budget for individual Asia Pacific countries
• Support with ASPA countries the development for overseas controlled business and initiate Product specific Trade Talks
• Work with Global Head to align all above to fit into Regional Strategy and find synergy within Region
Key Accountabilities • Identify most promising markets in ASPA and develop growth strategy with country for Reefer and Flexitanks
• Agree and engage on most interesting targets for country with Sales and local OCC Team
• Set pricing and value proposition together with local Team per country
• Frequent customer visits to Top country Reefer accounts
• Participate and lead ocean product for most important Reefers RFQ's in ASPA Region
• Measure Pipeline, Hit Rates, Quotes issued and take corrective if trending below Budget
• Be subject matter experts for Countries and support identifying Market Trends
• Align on market material and tools with ASPA Ocean Head and Global Reefer Head to give country easy sellable competitive Reefer product
• Plan exhibitions and shows in ASPA to support DGF Reefer brands growth and recognition
• Communicate and localize regional structures and guidelines while allowing localization for country environment
• Provide pro-active exchange and leadership to drive overall ASPA and global strategies
• Define and communicate global targets with ASPA countries
• Set Targets on GP and Volume level for all ASPA countries on Reefers and Flextianks
• Work closely with other Regions Reefer Perishable Team
• Engage on local carrier meetings with key local player to increase local flexibility
• Support Reefer Trade Team to set carrier strategy
• Drive the Pharma/LSHE related products like Thermonet thought all ASPA Region
Job Requirements • 5-10 years OFR Experience required, Reeferexperience needed
• Strong customer oriented mindset, networker
• Good people skills and business development mindset required
• Experiences in Asia Pacific market
• Ideally been exposure to several countries and wider geographical scope
