Regional Human Resources, Executive (Operations)

The Regional Human Resources, Executive (Operations) supports the administrative work in relation to the employee life cycle events for Regional & Tech.ResponsibilitiesLiaise with new hires on all the documents needed for their onboarding.
Prepare employment contracts for new hires and track that they are duly signed off.
Apply for work visas if applicable for new hires.
Send welcome emails to new hires.
Update new hire information into HRIS and ensure that the information is mapped onto the payroll system accordingly.
Ensure all new hire documents are duly filed into their personal files.
Track new hire confirmations to ensure they are completed on time.
Attend to employee queries regarding their need for employment certification letters.
Track work visa renewals.
Submit claims for government-paid leave.
Update HRIS on offboarding information.
Send out offboarding emails to employees and managers.
Track to ensure that stakeholders complete offboarding activities in accordance with the timeline set.
File IR21 for foreign employees who are leaving.RequirementsAt least a Diploma in Business Management or its equivalent with specialization in Human Resource Management.
A minimum of 1 year of working experience in a setup of no less than 500 employees.
Strong command of written and spoken English.
