About The Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional IT Manager to oversee and optimize our IT infrastructure and application landscape across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing both hardware and software applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving operational efficiency.
Job Description
Develop and implement a regional IT strategy that supports business objectives across SEA.
Lead a team of IT professionals to deliver high-quality support and services.
Oversee the management and maintenance of IT hardware, including servers, networks, and workstations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure proper installation and configuration of hardware systems.
Manage the deployment, integration, and performance of software applications across the region.
Ensure that software solutions meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
Establish and maintain effective IT support services to promptly address hardware and software issues.
Develop troubleshooting protocols and guidelines for the team to follow.
Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and systems.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security protocols across the region.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect company assets.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing training and development opportunities for the IT team.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, evaluating their potential impact on the organization.
What You Know
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on both hardware and software applications; with at least 3 years in a team management capacity.
Proven experience managing IT operations across multiple countries or regions, preferably in Southeast Asia.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software, and application management.
Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
Knowledge of IT security protocols and compliance regulations.
