Our client is a leading provider of Returnable Package Handling (RPH) solutions for use in supply chains operating in more than 10 countries throughout Asia Pacific. Key responsibilities: • Strengthen and maintain relationship with regional and national key accounts • Lead regional and national key account contracts review and negotiation • Lead and manage quarterly review with regional key accounts • Support selected national key accounts review • Regional key accounts rate review and update • Monthly regional account and business development analysis and reporting • Monthly DSO tracking of key regional accounts • Drive new business development and expansion opportunities • Lead and promote the adoption of Online and other IT application to support key accounts • Develop pallet pooling systems across the region • Record and manage activities in CRM system • Regular country and customer visits to support Country Management, Sales and Customer Service teams to drive improvement in service deliverables • Recommend development areas of organisational capabilities to further enhance organisation effectiveness and customer experience • Promote new solutions / products with particular emphasis pooling • Industry networking and relationship building Requirements • Proven leadership skills within a business development / key account management role, preferably in a supply chain environment with minimum 10 years leadership / management experience.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills, possessing an ability to communicate at all levels across the Business.
• Past P&L management experience and responsibilities with a understanding of the commercial dynamics driving successful financial outcomes • Be a committed, self-motivated individual with a proven ability to manage functional responsibilities despite geographical boundaries.
• Possess openness to ideas, able to demonstrate an ability to initiate change and influence others.
• Be a self-starter, possessing a passion for excellence and a proven ability to initiate change and continuously seek improvement.
