Regional Non-Motor Head

Strategic
Strategic Planning with sales team and provide direction for non motor business for the region
Initiate plans to cover anticipated production shortfall (if any)
Monitor agency recruitment progress, recruit/assist sales team to recruit and opening up the market
Provide assistance/guidance to new agents and focusing on larger channels of business (regular visits) on developing business
Conduct periodic review of agencies performance and provide justification on matters raised
Respond to various requests from customers/agents/HQ
Business Operations
Ensure effective and efficient administration of day to day business operations in line with SOP across all support functions
Compliance
Ensure consistency with enterprise risk management guidelines
Ensure compliance with regulations and laws
Ensure good corporate governance is practiced and are being exercised
People Management
Build an organization that attracts and retain talents to ensure critical business processes are highly efficient and effective
Assemble and empower a high performing team.
Ensure regular communication of key imperatives
Requirements
At least 5 - 8 year working experience in Insurance industry, preferably in sales / marketing & business development function.
Minimum diploma and degree in any field, preferably in Insurance / marketing & business administration.
CMII / DMII / AMII or other similar Insurance Qualification.
Technical knowledge in non-motor insurance
