Location:**Malaysia**- Department: Commercial- Location: Malaysia- Team and Role Introduction:- As a Partnership manager you will join Lazada Content Product team responsible for shaping and executing Lazada's content experience, drive diversified and safe content on the platform to attract and retain users. Together we can build an e-commerce content ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users. Reporting to the Head of Content product operation team, this position requires seeking, developing strategies and policies with potential partners, agency, creator and merchants in order to deliver quality content, long term account health objectives and potential business opportunities. You will also grow with us - Lazada's focus is on creating career paths within the organization that ensure you will be able to continually enhance your own career prospects.**Responsibilities**:- Identify, seek, and secure potential partnership and business opportunities with agency, creator and merchants- Develop strategies and policies for overall content and creator account health, violations, rewards, penalties, etc to ensure long-term engagement of onboarded creators, agency and merchants- Implement and review dashboards and cases as needed, to ensure day-to-day ecosystem health- Communicate and conduct training to stakeholders as regards new strategies and policies, to ensure their effective implementation- Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority emergency cases that may arise.**Job Requirements**- Requirements/Qualification:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience- Experience with building strategic partnerships, negotiation, and execution in a cross-functional environment- Expert and excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a mature, respectful approach in all communications- Familiarity with the e-commerce content ecosystem and/or social media content landscape of SEA will be advantageous- Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders- Fluent in English
