Regional Payroll Manager

The Opportunity
Oversee Workday integration with payroll systems, ensuring seamless data flow, manage system updates, testing, and troubleshoot payroll interfaces.
Manage payroll processes across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements, partner with external vendors for timely payroll delivery.
Lead and mentor a team of payroll professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture, and providing training and growth opportunities.
Manage relationships with payroll outsourcing vendors, ensuring SLA adherence, performance reviews, and effective contract negotiations or transitions.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) teams to align payroll processes with business goals and provide insights for compensation planning and budgeting.
Ensure payroll processes meet regulatory standards, drive automation and process improvements, and educate stakeholders on legislative changes impacting payroll.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or a related field.
8-12 years of payroll management experience, specifically in multi-country operations.
Proficient in Workday integration with payroll systems and managing outsourced payroll vendors.
Strong leadership experience in managing both in-person and virtual teams.
In-depth knowledge of global payroll practices and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with excellent communication abilities.
