Regional Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities:Responsible for the full spectrum of in-house payroll administration, ensuring payroll result accuracy and timeliness, and audit risk free
You will be part of the regional payroll team that administrates payroll for more than 10 countries
Process in-house payroll using a payroll system for Vietnam and Australia.
Review payroll advice, perform and validate payroll calculations and reconciliations in compliance with the payroll calendar, company policies and income tax & statutory regulations
Meet service expectations on payroll accuracy and timeliness and achieve successful audits
Prepare and submit Payroll Reports, Statutory Reports, and Income Tax Reports
Participate in projects to drive work simplification, digitization, and automation
Manage stakeholders and employees; query handling, communication, and training
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business/ HR/ Mathematics/ Accounting
3 - 5 years of payroll experience preferred
