Job Description:Bridging between local teams and regional Product Managers to assess all aspects of Video & Live Streaming product feature requirements from both business and product perspectivesEnsure smooth communication for new feature development & localisation to local teams, such as conducting UAT, A/B testing and troubleshootingOwn the supply of creative assets for product features, working with creative designers on the media assets creation of Video and Live Streaming products in the e-Commerce settingManage requests from internal stakeholders, support the end-to-end product operations from project planning, execution, to reporting and measuring of performanceEnsure daily workflow tasks are completed with good quality within designated timelinesExplore Video and Live Streaming content trends by conducting regular research and analysis on market trends, trending topics, trending effects, etcDrive the enhancement of the overall feature performance and user experience to achieve higher impact with developers and product managersRequirements:Bachelor's degree in any discipline, Product Management/Business/Media related majors are preferredMinimum 2-3 years of related industry experience in product management, digital content, live streaming, short video and content products are highly preferredProficiency in English (required) and familiarity with Chinese or any Southeastern Asian languages (optional) to facilitate cross-border communications and collaborations with our stakeholders in China and Southeast AsiaHave a strong interest in short videos and live streaming, knowledge of content creation, and multimedia skills such as video shooting and editingHave a good understanding of Southeast Asian local trending cultureHave a track record of delivering results in a dynamic environmentResult-oriented, proactive, and has a strong sense of ownershipRobust quantitative and qualitative reasoning skills with strong logical and critical thinking abilities
