Regional Retail Training Manager

Responsibilities
Responsible for designing and implementing training programs to enhance retail staff performance and customer experience across multiple markets.
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of brand standards, driving sales, and fostering a culture of excellence in retail operations.
Develop comprehensive training plans and materials to meet store training needs and enhance team professionalism.
Adapt training content and methods to suit different cultural contexts for effective implementation.
Organize and execute training programs, including onboarding, sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.
Provide continuous training support to improve store staff performance and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to align training with company strategy and goals.
Manage the training team, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and talent development.
Profile
Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of retail training experience.
Proficiency in English as a working language; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
Experience in developing training manuals and guidelines for the retail industry.
Strong understanding of store operations with the ability to provide practical support and improvement suggestions.
Willingness to work flexibly, including frequent travel and adapting to diverse environments.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
