JobDescription Responsible for Sales Budget and growth targetsfor APAC.Maintain and grow existing product business inrespective markets, while venturing more opportunities in abovecountry. Develop new business developmentactivities including strategy development, tactical execution, andtargeting new accounts with set objectives and goals to deliver andachieve potential revenue growth. Be theprimary liaison person for key customers and internal departmentsto address customer needs, identify changing business environmentthat affects customer needs, address customer's expectation andshortfall, and implement plans and provide the most appropriatecustomer support to improve customer satisfaction. Prepare and become involved in customer presentations,promoting pro-active concepts as well as for customer requestedideas.Working with R&D Department to identify,development products and flavours for key customers.Perform other related duties and responsibilities asassigned by Management from time to time. Job Requirements The candidate must hold at least Bachelor'sDegree in Business/Marketing or related fields.2 – 5 years experience in an international business, FMCGor related industries will be an added advantage.Ability to prioritize and communicate the priorities,plans, progress and results to senior leadership.Ability to analyse market trends and consumerpreferences. Knowledge of food regulations andlabelling requirements is a bonus. Requiredlanguage(s): Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
