Job Summary: Sales Executive We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, driving sales, and meeting monthly sales targets. The Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding our customer base and achieving revenue growth objectives. Candidates who successfully selected will in charge of Northern Area and thereafter with good performance, will be given the opportunity to ASEAN region and etc.
Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities : Proactively seek out potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods. Build and maintain client relationships : Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Understand client needs : Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client objectives and tailor solutions to meet their requirements. Develop and present proposals : Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services including product trial. Negotiate contracts : Collaborate with clients to negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Achieve sales targets : Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis. Stay updated on industry trends : Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and to participate exhibition, road show etc. Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on closing deals and achieving results. Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Reference of career progression:
Regional Sales Executive - Northern Area, Malaysia: Successful candidates will be in charge of sales in Northern areas. We do not have a office in Penang, candidates will be required to work from home and visit to customers directly. Various trainings will be provided including training in our HQ in JB, directly in Penang, Kedah & Perak during training etc. Conference and virtual meetings will be conducted on weekly basis. Preferred language requirement: ??, Hokkien or Cantonese (optional).
Regional Sales Executive - Southeast Asia: Successful candidates will be in charge of sales in Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines etc. areas.We have office in South Thailand; For other SEA regions, candidates will be required to work from home or provided accommodation and visit to customers directly. Our Sales Manager will provide training directly during training. Conference and virtual meetings will be conducted on weekly basis. Preferred language requirement: ??, Malay, English. For this position, you must be able to commute overseas. Period of staying in each region is around 2 weeks on customer appointment basis. Routine servicing for each SEA countries must be planned and communicated with HOD.
Travelling Allowance will be provided based on distance.
Sales commission will be entitled in sales currency (ie. EURO, USD, THB etc.) Regional Sales Executive - Europe (EU), India, Turkey & other overseas countries Successful candidates will be in charge of sales in EU, India, America etc. areas. Candidates will be required to work from home or provided accommodation and visit to customers directly. Our Sales Manager will provide training directly during training. Conference and virtual meetings will be conducted on weekly basis. Preferred language requirement: ??, good command of English. For this position, you must be able to commute overseas. Period of staying in each region is around 2 weeks on customer appointment basis. Routine servicing for each countries must be planned and communicated with HOD.
Travelling Allowance will be provided based on distance.
Sales commission will be entitled in sales currency (ie. EURO, USD, etc.) Regional Sales MANAGER - Overseas Successful candidates will be in charge of all overseas sales etc. areas. Candidates will be required to work from home or provided accommodation and visit to customers directly. Required to oversee and provide guidance for all sales executives. Conference and virtual meetings will be conducted on weekly basis. Preferred language requirement: ??, Malay, good command of English. For this position, you must be able to commute overseas. Period of staying in each region is around 2 weeks on customer appointment basis. Routine servicing for each countries must be planned and communicated with management and reporting is required.
