Primary ResponsibilitiesIdentifying and acquiring new customers and up-selling to existing regional customer bases.
Analyzing and monitoring market trends, needs, and competitors' activities and discovering new growth opportunities in the region.
Building a robust, sustainable pipeline and ensuring accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning.
Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection to successful closure.
Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals.
Preparing regular reports and conducting monthly meetings to review performance.
Controlling the supply chain process in the local warehouse.
Key RequirementsBCom in Sales, International Trade, Business Administration, or relevant field
At least 2 years of work experience in the trade industry
English – Advanced C1; (Chinese language proficiency with HSK 4 will be prioritized)
