Job DescriptionAt Fundamental Foods, we specialize in delivering high-quality food ingredients and coffee solutions tailored to the needs of the food and beverage industry. Our product portfolio includes plant-based milk, RTD beverage whitener, and a range of coffee products that cater to both industrial, HoReCa, and retail markets.
As part of our dynamic team, you will play a key role in driving sales and contributing to our mission of providing exceptional ingredient solutions to our customers.
Plans, oversees, and guides sales initiatives to meet sales goals for food ingredient business (plant-based milk, creamer, coffee products).
Develops optimal sales opportunities from key accounts and target markets.
Maintains strong market presence through territorial sales coverage.
Actively seeks out new business prospects to expand market reach, drive revenue, and increase profits.
Collaborates with business owners/stakeholders to establish product strategy, roadmap, and vision.
Identifies root causes of sales or marketing challenges and takes appropriate actions.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Food Technology or Business Administration and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the B2B Foods Ingredients Industry.
Prior experience in export sales required.
Familiarity with HORECA industry preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in leadership, coaching, and team-building for effective management.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Thorough knowledge of costs and prevailing industry price trends.
