Strategic Regional Sales Management Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to drive growth in the General Trade retail market.Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure that regional teams are aligned with national sales objectives.Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to contribute to national sales strategies. 2. Leadership & Team Development Lead and develop the regional sales team, including Assistant Sales Managers & Sales Executive.Set clear performance targets for the team and ensure regular performance reviews and feedback.Provide coaching and mentorship to foster high performance, engagement, and growth within the team. 3. Distributor & Retailer Management Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key retail accounts within the region.Negotiate contracts, trade terms, and promotional agreements with retailers and distributors.Work closely with distributors to manage stock levels, sales forecasting, and promotional execution. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration Work with marketing, trade marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment in promotional activities, product launches, and availability.Ensure efficient execution of marketing and trade promotions in retail outlets across the region. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the FMCG or retail sector.At least SPM and above or related field.Must possess own transport.Willing and has ready to travel.Excellent sales and negotiation skill.Must be able to speak English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.Good planning and organization skill.Able to work under pressure.
