The Channel Marketing function exists to oversee and drive key marketing and channel partners initiatives regionally, with the aim of fostering growth & diversification to the New Business Unit (NBU) segment. He/she will play a key role in internal stakeholder coordination across various functions and countries, with main responsibilities include conducting market research/ analysis, crafting and executing content, supporting channel partners with tailored & localized marketing collateral, and monitoring campaign performance. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive market research of Southeast Asia landscapes including eCommerce/logistics trends, opportunities, consumers/shippers behaviour & preferences Gather and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable insights & marketing materials Develop and maintain databases of market intelligence and competitive analysis Develop and manage content calendars that aligns with business objectives and channel marketing goals Create and copywrite compelling content, including website articles, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social media posts, tailored to target audiences across various channels Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute content plans and ensure content consistency and alignment with overall brand guidelines Provide assistance and support to Channel Marketing team in other initiatives such as Lead Qualification, Online/Offline Events, Campaigns & Adhoc Projects Track and analyse key performance indicators for all content marketing activities Generate and manage regular reports on performance & provide actionable insights for optimization Communication with relevant stakeholders to inform them of gaps, opportunities or areas of improvements Requirements At least 2+ years of experience in channel marketing, market research, content/social media marketing or copywriting role Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing landscape advantageous Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret research data to generate actionable insights & marketing materials Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Bahasa Melayu) Strong sense of accountability to work on independent projects and also collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
