To ensure the Financial KPI are met and execute activities in improving workshop revenueEnsuring our products and service meet with our customer expectationsTo monitor workshop performances to ensure works are done in timely and satisfactory level to minimize customer downtimeTo monitor customer debtors aging and review customer credit limit and ensure timely collections for cash flow bettermentEnsuring warranty claims are submitted timely and accurately to Technical Dept/PrincipalTo monitor repair orders are close timely and customers approval before executing repair workTo monitor and ensure Spare Parts management run smoothly and supporting the daily workshop operationsRequirements: Candidate possess at least Diploma/Degree/Master in Business Management/ International Business/ Marketing/ Engineering/ Automotive or equivalent.Minimum 5-8 years of experience in After Sales/Automotive Workshop Operation, preferably in commercial vehicleStrong after sales management and technical knowledge on commercial vehicle preferred.Well verse in local guidelines and authority requirements for automotive work.
