Primary Purpose
The company is seeking a marketing professional to manage the regional social media program, including stakeholder relationships, agency management, and adhering to all company best practices for social media. This role supports the regional sales team by distributing content and assets) for regional social platforms and adhering to Global Social Media Center of Excellence.
Key Job Functions
• Manage the day-to-day program management, including content workflows, brand reviews, and legal approvals via project management tools.
• Coordinate regional campaign execution in alignment with the Social Media Center of Excellence, Global Social, Legal and Brand Governance team.
• Maintain the regional social media editorial calendar using SmartSheets, Sprout and Digital Asset Manager.
• Provides monthly reporting on social performance, hold strategic reviews with vendors and stakeholders, control and evaluate results delivery.
• Work closely with sales teams, synchronizing and implementing social plans to support their goals; deliver reports to regional and global teams.
Preferred Education and Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of program management or social media management experience
• Project management knowledge needed; strong company product knowledge a plus
• Demonstrated track record in developing and implementing social programs
• Exceptional organizational skills with painstaking attention to details
• Ability to work effectively with senior management and partners
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
• Experience using social media scheduling and analytic tools including Khoros, Sprinklr, Sprout, etc.
• The ability to self-manage, work effectively under deadline and manage multiple projects simultaneously
