The Role The Principle Sourcerplays a key role in our clients' success by partnering with Hiring Managers and Recruiters in developing effective, consultative, professional relationships with them. Our client is the market leading player in the industrial technology sector. This Regional role develops bespoke sourcing strategies and then uses a range of tools and techniques to find the best talent in the market.
Sourcers are brand ambassadors for our clients, bringing each opportunity to life with candidates in a compelling and authentic way to ensure they are qualified, interested and engaged before being presented to the Hiring Manager.
Key Accountabilities Take full ownership to proactive sourcing to ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements You will work with colleagues in international locations and have the ability to contribute your feedback to stakeholders, ask questions to elevate service delivery You have the desire to make a difference in your given accountabilities and can work in a fast evolving business environment Anticipate potential stakeholder issues within own area of expertise, taking action to address, and using judgement to escalate appropriately Build proactive pipelining strategies and share insights with recruiters and hiring managers to support strategic decision-making and execution outside of live demand.
