You will be Managing the audit process, audit planning , resource planning for assigned portfolio of entities Job responsibilities include: Ensure that adequate financial management procedures and systems are in place within the Company's GroupManaging several teams of audit by countries, managing statutory accountant team, coordinators , coordinating audits with auditors , opco and internal department kExternal Advisor resources for supporting documentation.Meet required KPI for audit documentation turnaroundIdentify new IFRS changes and provide knowledge sharing on implications and work with External Audit and Opco on identifying impactWork with Group Internal Audit and Controls and Compliance personnel to ensure strong internal controls / governance process existPrepare Financial reports for quarterly and annual closings and ensure that the accounts are in compliance with statutory requirements, approved accounting standards, relevant acts, and regulations.Responsible for the statutory audit, statutory accounts activitiesComply with the financial reporting requirements of the Headquarters (monthly, quarterly and annual reporting according to IFRS, lease, and risk assessment, etc.
)Support the implementation of technology enablers to drive process harmonization and support continuous improvement projects.Quality check control on the statutory accounts prior to release to Opco and auditors in accordance to IFRS , FRS, MFRS, MPERSEducation, Qualifications, Skills and Experience Total years of experience should be a minimum of 7 years in accounting & Finance fieldExperience in statutory reporting activities & Experience liaising with External auditors is requiredCandidate from Big 4 background is advantageousStrong technical knowledge in understanding and interpreting financial reporting standards.Degree or Diploma in Finance & Accounting/Commerce or equivalent with professional qualifications communication skill and able to communicate effectively in English.Candidates from International MNC/SSC with regional exposure will be great
