To follow all Group quality directives and input and suggest improvements where relevant.To follow the company's policy to ensure as much project scope as possible is kept within the Group.Develop and maintain all assigned pre-qualification documents to support Business Development personnel on vendor qualification from clients.Liaise with business development personnel from different regions within Asia to consolidate the approved vendor list document required from clients and comply with the needs of qualification purposes.Liaise with procurement, fabrication, project department, and 3rd party consultants in order to align the regional document in proper document management.Work with business development personnel to manage the pre-qualified document preparation within the given time frame.Ensure robust and efficient documentation needs.Ensure all work tasks follow the requirements in the QMS system.Evaluate the technology aspects of the project for tender phase in a price-conscious way.Evaluate RFQs received from clients.Prepare basic process schemes and designs according to RFQs received from clients.Prepare RFQs and evaluate returned quotations from vendors.Prepare and generate costing, proposals, calculations, process flow diagrams, equipment layouts, and necessary documents as required in the tender specifications as and when needed.Ensure all tender/bidding cost activities, budgets, and firm quotes comply with client specifications.Ensure all timelines are met and that the bid submitted is as complete and accurate as possible.Attend clarification meetings with clients when necessary, with business development personnel.Maintain effective communication with all internal and external relevant disciplines.Any other requests by the department head.Any tasks assigned by a superior from time to time.Able to travel when needed.Requirements & SkillsBachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Technology, or a related field.At least 1-2 years of experience in a related field.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Excellent attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tender management software.Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.BW Water is a leading global provider of full-service water and wastewater solutions for industrial and municipal needs.
