Registered Nurse (Kedah)

_**URGENT!**_Description: Registered Nurse is responsible for supporting clinic in administering / assisting doctor on patient care plan and operation in clinic.**Job Duties**:1. Provide a standard patient and customer care in line with clinic operation guideline & policy.2. Assisting during doctor's consultation and procedure.3. Perform nursing task independently accordingly task orientation check list.4. Able to conduct a knowledge sharing among the nursing colleague.5. Dispensing medication as prescribed by the doctor.6. Administer medications /Injection accordingly when needs arise.7. Support event/ outreach programme when needed.**Work arrangements**Depends on the shift and roster arrangement, 6 day working and 1 day off8. Perform registration and update waiting time/ which consultation room.9. Answering and handling incoming calls on inquires accordingly.10. Monitor supplies of inventories and medications.11. To perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.12. Keep the clinic area clean and tidy.**Requirements**:2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.3. At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.4. Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge5. Good problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.6. Good interpersonal skills, ethical approach to practice, well-groomed with a pleasant personality.7.
