ResponsibilitiesResponsible for new product registration, product renewal and sampling permit application for cosmetics.
To ensure the compliance of regulatory guidelines.
Correspondence to NPCB on all their inquiry/audit.
Follow up on all inbound shipment, work closely with forwarding agent on the custom clearance and delivery arrangement.
Monitor shipment arrival and the good received process for all new incoming items.
Backup for outbound shipment.
Perform ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the superior.
RequirementsDegree/Diploma/STPM in Science related field is preferable.
Experienced in communicating with NPCB would be an added advantage.
Knowledge in Imports procedures, taxes and port operation.
Knowledge of international and local regulatory guidelines and codes.
Able to work independently and committed to deliver according to timeline.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
At least 1 year(s) experience in leasing and retail industry.
