My client is one of the global leaders of producing chemical minerals. They are currently expanding their team and are looking for an APAC Product Safety/Regulatory Affairs Manager that has a deep understanding of GHS and chemical regulations to be based in KL.
Your new role
As the Product Safety/Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company operates under required product regulations. You will also be tasked with managing the availability and maintenance of relevant data regarding product safety needed for the establishment of Safety Data Sheets (SDSs), Dangerous Goods documents, Labels, and site approvals.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong understanding of SDS, Dangerous Goods, and Global Harmonization System (GHS).
Hands-on experience with SAP EHS is a must.
Working background in chemical manufacturing is desired; otherwise, experience in Pharma, Food, or FMCG is acceptable.
Strong knowledge of chemical regulations and products.
