Regulatory Officer (Chemicals Industry)

**Job Summary**:- To provide professional regulatory advisory and guidelines to company, sales and supporting staff in order to achieve regulatory compliances in chemical industry.**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:- To ensure the regulatory compliance of business activities with relevant local law and regulations and upkeep the changes.- To lead and support in cascading the knowledge of regulatory compliance and regulatory objectives and targets to all departments.- To update and review the Material Master and ensure accuracy and up-to-date documentation.- To ensure products are distributed in compliance with legislation in aspects of products, Environment, Safety and Health.- To outline requirements for labelling, storage and packaging.- To lead and support in regulatory interactions with regulatory agencies, including preparation of the required documents or reports.- To lead and support sales and marketing department by providing product regulatory compliance support.- To lead, support and maintain ISO related requirements.- To participate and work closely with all departments in process improvement and identification of best practices.**Skills and Knowledge**:- A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Chemistry or any related disciplines.- At least 4 years of working experience in chemical industry.- Good knowledge of regulatory procedures and guidelines.- Good knowledge of the EHS, ISO's procedure, work instruction and guidelines.- Basic working knowledge of SAP system.- Positive attitude, polite and cheerful character.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
