These core values are the foundation of our organization which our employees embrace in their interactions with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders to drive financial performance and create a rewarding work environment.Who are we looking for?The Regulatory Specialist supports the Product Regulatory department with customer surveys regarding regulations, internal queries regarding regulations, and supportive measures to put new products on the market. The incumbent will be supporting regulatory enquiries from China such as customer surveys, contractual assessments relating to products manufactured or sold by business entities in China.What will you be doing?
-Manage all internal and external customer inquiries related to Chinese and global chemical regulations, including REACH and Asia chemical inventories.
-Respond to Chinese customer survey forms (QN) and Contractual Assessments (CA) concerning global chemical regulatory compliance for Element Solutions products sold in China.
-Collaborate with colleagues from other regions on product regulatory issues raised by the China team.
-Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as Product Managers and the Commercial Team, regarding Customer Survey and Contractual Assessment requests.
-Ensure timely completion of Chinese customer survey forms (QN) and Contractual Assessments (CA).
-Support the Asia Regulatory Team with other global chemical inquiries and integration projects.Who are You?style="margin-bottom:11.0px"-
-Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline, such as Biochemistry, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
-Proficiency in Chinese is necessary (reading, writing, and speaking).
-Strong understanding of global chemical inventories and related industry regulations.
-Good knowledge of GHS regulations in Asia, Europe, and the US.
-Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role working with chemical regulations.We understand that not all candidates may meet the requirements listed above.
