ResponsibilitiesSoliciting of business loans to enhance the Bank's loan assets with optimal returns to the Bank.
Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers to promote active utilisation rates and ensure optimal return for the Bank.
Ensure credit portfolio of the department is of good and sound credit quality to minimise Non-Performing Loans.
Cross-sell the Bank's various products & services to existing and potential customers including but not limited to deposit products / credit facilities.
Implement the delivery of sales strategies and targets.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with new and existing customers.
Prepare marketing call reports, pipeline reports, and any others within the targeted timelines.
Assist to manage appropriate continuing professional development (CPD) for the Relationship Managers of the branch, if any.
Process data to produce accurate facts, figures and credit applications (CA) with no major errors noted in the CA.
Other Functions and ResponsibilitiesAbide by the requirements of Bank Negara Malaysia and Bank of Thailand, especially the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act, 2001.
Any other duties as assigned by Management Committee and/or Head of Business Banking.
Job RequirementsPossess at least tertiary education qualifications in Accounting/ Business Administration/ Economics/ Banking/ any other related discipline.
CCP/PCC Certification will be an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in corporate/ commercial credit with strong business acumen and credit analytical skills.
Resourceful, assertive, independent and result-oriented.
Possess strong communication, marketing and negotiation skills.
