Relationship Manager

What you will be doing
Develop and maintain trusting relationships with high volume patrons to accomplish growth and company objectives. Measure, track and analyze key account metrics. Ensure Rooms availability in assigned portfolio, assess why churn occurs, engage with patrons to educate them around the solutions OYO provides and act as a support function for patrons. Growing company's revenue by ensuring Winback of properties which have gone in sold-out and aligning patrons to opt in for the various value added services that will impact their overall revenue. Manage multiple patrons and suggest solutions that answer patron's needs and wants. Negotiate contracts and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each patron's goals. Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management/Business development/Sales. Ability to work under pressure. Good with numbers. Tech savvy and quick problem solver.
