Relationship Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and improve relationships with customers, key suppliers and partners.
Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases.
Identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up.
Educate and inform clients about the company's services and special offers.
Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Work with internal departments to ensure company meets clients' expectations.
Oversee client relationship management system.
REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years of relevant experience.
Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Experience in early-stage startup environments would be an advantage.
Fluent communication and ability to manage situations on the ground.
Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivation driven.
