JOB DESCRIPTION
Making sure all the bookings are converted to check-ins.
Managing and ensuring all owner problems are solved.
Maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
Working collaboratively with respective functions in order to increase the revenue.
Acting as a point of contact for hotel owners for operations support & escalations.
Monitoring property revenue and performance.
JOB QUALIFICATION

1-3 years of relevant experience in operations and key accounts handling.
Analytical skills.
Prior experience in managing cross-functional operations and customer escalations.
Demonstrate high ethical values.
