Account & Relationship Management (Banking & Financial Services)
Responsible to attract / market Individual CASATIA and non CASATIA through collaborations with BUSINESS PARTNERS, as per target set by the Bank's Management.
To identify business opportunities by identifying government/non government sector and evaluating their position in the industry and analyzing their needs.
To establish contact and develop business relationships with prospects to get access and opportunity to offer our products to its employees/members/students etc. Also, to discuss on business agreement / model / arrangement that will provide mutual benefits to both parties.
Develop special programs, activities or events with our business partners to improve the penetration rate, which could also involve participation from other third party, branch, other departments or other divisions of the Bank.
To liaise with all stakeholders (the relevant internal and external parties) for the implementation of each strategy and to ensure every strategy is implemented in compliance with the Bank's guidelines.
Discuss with business partners on communication strategies to convey Unique Selling Proposition of CASATIA and non CASATIA to its employees / members / students.
Communication strategies could include sales presentations, webinars, sales booths, emails, websites, portals, social media, and other appropriate channels.
Maintain continuous relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
Monitor and track sales performance of each business partner to know the penetration rate.
To plan and manage the overall day-to-day sales activities for better appointment efficiency, resource optimization, and profit maximization.
Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.
Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma in any discipline or equivalent from recognised IPTA/IPTS.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing.
People-oriented with an approachable and pleasant personality.
Strong sales orientation with the ability to work independently.
