Responsibilities:
Plan and Prospect:Create monthly plans with the supervisor to generate new business, contact potential clients, and maintain a sales pipeline.
Collaborate and Cross-Sell:Build relationships with Corporate, Commercial, and Priority Banking clients to grow Payroll/Employee Banking.
Seek referrals and cross-sell unsecured products to meet targets.
Database Management:Maintain a database of Employee Banking customers to support relationship building and cross-selling.
Portfolio Review & Market Awareness:Regularly review customer portfolios, stay updated on market trends, and monitor competitor programs to improve offerings.
Ensure Compliance:Adhere to policies, manage credit, and mitigate operational risks.
