As a relationship manager, the role includes identifying potential sales leads, pitching business solutions according to customer's needs, servicing and managing customer relationships in order to maximize Company's revenue.
Responsibilities:
To enhance the profitability of existing customers portfolio through a variety of products offered with the objective to meet personal targets and department targets.
To identify new opportunities on latest industry trends to increase revenue growth of the company.
To identify new partnerships/collaborations with existing clients/paymasters.
To coordinate with other departments to facilitate the drawdown of facilities, maximize process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor in Business/Finance/Marketing/Banking.
Proven experience with a minimum of 1 year as a Relationship Manager or in a similar role within a sales-driven environment.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
