Relationship Officer, Contact Centre - Outbound (Mandarin Speaker)Responsible for pre-sales inquiries, sales, post-sale customer service and ongoing customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
Communicate with customers to understand their requirements, needs and address any questions or issues customers may have.
Offer solutions based on clients' needs and capabilities.
Manage customer inquiries or policies to ensure existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Use sales scripts provided by the company as guidance to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
Gather and document customer information, payment methods, purchases and call outcomes in the designated CRM or tracking tools.
Ensure daily and monthly KPIs (Call Performance and Sales Target) are met and exceeded.
Well versed in insurance products and services.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/ GCE 'O' level with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in outbound sales, preferably in a call centre environment and general insurance industry.
Possess Insurance certification (GI – BCP & PGI) and basic computing skills.
Energetic, outgoing personality and service-oriented.
Independent and a fast learner with initiative.
Able to converse fluently in both English and Mandarin (would be an advantage but not mandatory).
Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
