Details of the offer

Responsible for the reliability improvement performance of all the plants and equipment in the country. As part of a cohesive team, work with the site teams to implement plant maintenance strategies and improvement projects to ensure reliable delivery of contractual product at optimum cost. Drive the reliability and maintenance strategy from preventive to predictive to proactive maintenance through standardized condition monitoring across the plants and health monitoring of critical equipment working closely with the RSE, APAC and COE Reliability Improvement teams and the Equipment Health Center. Participate and contribute within the RSE, APAC and COE Reliability Improvement teams for sharing of best practices and implementation of global maintenance models, work processes, programs and projects. Work with the site teams to ensure safe working practices and strict compliance to all applicable site safety requirements for all site maintenance and project works. Ensure that all the sites have active contingency plans with identified reliability risks mitigated as per plans. Develop & implement a spare parts strategy (which parts, how many in which place) based on business risk exposure ensuring that key spare parts are available in time. Work with the site teams and Procurement to ensure suitable and adequate vendors are available and to ensure that all maintenance and supply agreements are managed to give maximum benefit to the country. Work with the country Planning team to analyse reliability data in order to set best operating targets and to drive improvements in the areas of greatest impact. Pro-actively review plants' condition based data and equipment reports for reliable operations of the plants. Liaise closely with the Equipment Health Center to ensure that the health of the plants and equipment are constantly in a satisfactory level. Ensure that through reviews, plants are operated within agreed limits, both for locally operated plants and also for remotely operated plants (through ROC). Work with site teams to develop and justify the yearly planned repair & maintenance budget and Capex requirements. Ensure proper planning and execution of projects and overhauls (turnarounds), including scope determination, budget development, materials and parts sourcing and resources planning and deployment. Oversee the rectification of failed equipment including MOC, plant/equipment outage decision making, root cause analysis, and determining applicability/actions regarding other units. Lead the Root Cause Failure Analysis for major downtime events. Develop Lessons from Reliability events and feed-back to RSE, APAC and COE Operations, Linde Engineering and plant suppliers. Ensure learnings are shared effectively across the sites and relevant actions are taken to ensure recurrences are eliminated. Manage and audit site teams' compliance with the global EAM (CMMS) system, including underlying processes, maintenance procedures, and spare parts inventory management. Own and approve local plant PM's and job plans in the EAM system. Implement and support training initiatives and develop/deliver training materials as indicated. Provide experienced based technical advises to the site teams as required. Represent the country's reliability interests in the proposal and project commercialization process, including scope and spares input and new plant acceptance. Suppliers - Selection of suitable suppliers, agree on technical scope/solution, stage gate inspection to ensure quality. Plant Suppliers - Define requirements, review proposed design, participate in stage gate reviews and acceptance. Internal:-
Procurement - Work with Procurement to ensure that all supply agreements are properly managed to ensure maximum benefit to Linde. Support teams - Align implementation of directive, alerts & initiatives. Develop/share Root Cause Analysis. Lend support where needed and collaborate on solving common issues. Site - Communicate directives, alerts & initiatives. Support maintenance & trouble shooting, train site staff. ROC - Support troubleshooting, be an interface to site. Project Execution – ensuring that designs in new projects comply to local regulations and acceptable standards of Linde and industrial practices. Required key skills (functional/technical) Broad knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Automation Systems. Knowledge in risk management and statistical reliability analysis. Business Acumen (including techniques for make or buy decisions). Ability to analyse complex quantitative data to base strategic decisions and priorities. Good background in Safety systems with knowledge of hazards involved in operation and maintenance of systems in the ASU, CO2 and H2 plants. In depth-knowledge of predictive and preventative maintenance techniques including the use of SAP PM to manage these processes. Familiar with relevant national and international codes and standards. Basic Knowledge of ASU, CO2 and H2 plants including the associated hazards. Experience in root cause failure analysis. Capability to do risk assessments and make risk based decisions. Knowledge of Document Management for complex technical systems Required qualifications/experience Bachelor's / Master's degree in Mechanical / Electrical or Chemical Engineering or related subject. At least 5 years of experience in a related process plant maintenance environment. Experience of using Computerized Maintenance Management System preferably SAP PM. Apply For Job
