Reliability Lab Specialist/ Engineer Your ResponsibilitiesWell arrange related tests and efficiently utilize Lab capacityOptimize and improve test methods to provide higher quality, efficiency or safe costsInstallation and qualification of new equipmentWell arrange the daily work and test priority, ensure test output and quality Well manage and control the daily consumption material and key spare parts Train, qualify and support techniciansFamiliar with SPC, MSA and statistics as well as data managementLiaise with 3rd party lab for external analysis supportLead a project individuallyOther tasks assigned by Superior Your ProfileCandidate must possess at least Professional degree/Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Science, Material EngineeringExperience :Junior Engineer – Minimum 3 years' experiences in related field or equivalent fieldSenior Engineer – Minimum 5 years' experiences in related field or equivalent fieldSpecialist – Minimum 7 years' experiences in related field or equivalent fieldA wide range of failure analytic know how of tools and methods to ensure highest quality level analysis for root cause finding.
