Reliability Laboratory Technician

The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.**Your new responsibilities**:- Responsible for Reliability tests (biased, soak), visual Inspection process with semi-auto VI microscope, optical and electrical properties using probers, ESD tests, support Rel lab activities.- Perform daily process performance monitoring, reliability failure verification during operation, data and results analysis and update of test status.- Perform installation, set up and commissioning for reliability equipment to support new product REL testing. To carry out chamber verification activities prior release reliability equipment for operation.- KPI : REL timeliness, no qualification fail due to Rel handling.- To involve in the operation and safety of the laboratory and ensure all activities are carried out according to safety manual procedures that comply with standard.- Involvement in laboratory sustaining activities (ISO/IEC 17025).**What we look for**:- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering, science principles or equivalent.- At least with 3 years working experience in laboratory operation environment.- Experience in laboratories accreditation MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017.- Knowledge and experience in set-up new program for Auto Visual Inspection (AVI) Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) test.- Experience in SAP system and handling Reliability test equipment would be an added advantage.- Highly organized, self-driven way of working.- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of employees.- Able to work under minimum supervision.
