Relocation Services Consultant

**Essential Job Functions****Key responsibilities for this position are as follows**:- Manage outbound and inbound customers to and from APAC, Americas and EMEA regions. Liaise with private and corporate clients regarding their relocation and storage needs.- Complete all entries into Interact system on a timely and accurate basis, per Move Management procedures.- Review all documents to ascertain any 'special' requirements, check all documents have been received and if they have been completed correctly. Action is taken at this time to fix any potential problem areas.- Prepare all necessary documentation, liaising with the customer to ensure the appropriate information is received on a timely basis and to avoid delays.- Book freight with forwarders; be in regular communication with service providers - freight forwarders and haulers as well as our Crown sister offices. Preparation of customs documents for outbound and inbound customs clearance and liaising/arrangement for deliveries to clients' residences.- Regularly review customer information in Interact file and update where appropriate as well as keeping our clients informed on the status of their shipment.Responsible for customer invoicing, inter-company billing, customer feedback collection and insurance administration.
