Job Description - Remittance Investigation Analyst (240000WC)
ResponsibilitiesTo liaise and investigate Bankers'/Customer's/Business Units' Remittance requests, inquiries, and feedback, providing timely responses within the agreed Service Level Agreements.
Perform daily reconciliation on outstanding investigation cases handled to ensure that all cases are attended to and followed up until complete closure.
Ensure quick action/resolution in managing both internal and external customers' queries, feedback, and complaints.
Monitor system availability & escalate promptly to management whenever required, managing situations such that payment service timelines are not impacted.
Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time and/or participate in UAT/Projects as required.
Conduct team huddle sessions (on a rotation basis if required), sharing on operational process lapses/gaps, related root causes, and implementation plans; raise any other changes/issues which may impact daily operations with the objective to drive quality and cohesiveness.
Participate in regular process reviews to manage risk & control and ensure team's strict compliance with laid down controls and procedures.
QualificationsPreferably at least 1 to 2 years of knowledge and experience in Remittance Operations or investigations.
A self-motivated & proactive person in managing operational efficiency and promoting process improvements.
A passionate person with a customer-oriented mindset who firmly believes in maintaining quality discipline.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Ability to multi-task, work independently, and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Possess strong attention to detail, research, analytical, reasoning, and investigation skills (Detail-oriented, Independent, analytical team player, proactive, and adaptable).
Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications – Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
