Remote Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking a Remote Account Support Officer to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Provide account support to clients remotely, including answering queries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on account management.- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the client experience.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by the company.- Assist in analyzing account data and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless account support experience.

Requirements:- Confident and independent personality traits to excel in a remote work environment.- Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.- Creativity to think outside the box and find innovative solutions to client problems.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
