**Job Description:**

Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad, a leader in the manufacturing of high-quality rubber products, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Remote Account Support Officer** to join our dynamic team. This part-time position is essential in ensuring we continue to surpass our clients' expectations and maintain our commitment to excellence in service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Communication:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for designated accounts, addressing inquiries and providing timely support via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, ensuring they are well-informed on order statuses, product information, and policy changes.

2. **Order Management:**
- Assist with processing orders and monitoring the fulfillment process to ensure accuracy in order entry and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to resolve any discrepancies or delays in order processing.

3. **Account Maintenance:**
- Regularly update and maintain customer profiles in the company's CRM system, ensuring that all data is accurate and current.
- Conduct periodic account reviews with clients to foster relationships and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

4. **Problem Solving:**
- Proactively identify potential issues affecting client satisfaction, working collaboratively to develop solutions that enhance the customer experience.
- Escalate complex challenges to higher management when necessary, ensuring they are resolved efficiently.

5. **Administrative Support:**
- Assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing, documentation, and reporting as needed.
- Support the marketing team by gathering client feedback and suggestions for potential product enhancements.

6. **Reporting:**
- Generate regular reports on account status, client interactions, and key performance indicators to inform management of trends and opportunities.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights, discuss challenges, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** A minimum of a diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field.
- **Experience:** At least 2 years of experience in an account support or customer service role, preferably within the manufacturing or distribution sector.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
